Convatec has partnered with Corstrata, a nursing telehealth company, to provide one virtual ostomy support visit at no cost. These video visits include visual assessment, live demonstration, and education to help support your ostomy care.

To get started, please provide your contact information, basic ostomy details, select a visit date and time that works best for you, and complete the consent form. We'll match you with a board-certified ostomy nurse licensed in your state.

All visits are conducted securely through Zoom video. After scheduling, you'll receive your appointment details and Zoom link by email and/or text.

Please be prepared to change your ostomy appliance during your virtual visit. This allows your nurse to perform a thorough assessment of your stoma, peristomal skin, and pouching system, provide personalized recommendations, and demonstrate techniques to support your ostomy care.
